Elizaveta: A fun game with some good rallies. More competitive than the score suggests.

Alex: A fun game to start the league, some very good serving and returns from Elizaveta. I hope to play again soon!

Claudio: It was great to meet Wolfgang today. We had a match with good rallies and close games, as we soaked in the sun. It must be noted that Wolfgang had to use a backup racquet for the whole match having broken his strings in the warmup. I look forward to our next match!

Wolfgang: Great match with Claudio, fun games and solid rallies! He dominated from start to finish and never let me back into it.

Ralph: A hot game after a long break. Thanks so much, Marco - always a pleasure, and you played some wonderful shots.

Piotr: I really enjoyed match with Mark on a sunny Saturday. Mark scored points from some really great shots when i could just look at the ball bouncing on my side. It was a close game. Good luck with rest of your matches.

Mark: a topsy turvy match, but Piotr was more consistent in the end. well done.

Ally: Thanks for the game Atharva. You are really solid from the back of court so some great rallies. If we’d had time for a full final set I think you’d probably have won it.

Atharva: Great job Ally! It was a very tiring game. Your forehand was very consistent. A lot of long rallies.

Will: A great game with Sam:) Really enjoyed the game, especially the second set which there were so many deuces!

Sam: First match in the spring sunshine, good to meet Will for the first time but he was very good at not letting me get near any set points.

Quentin: Playing Mark requires level 10 concentration. And don’t ever think your drop shot is good enough - he will get to it. Good luck with your other games and thanks for the kind words (but not for putting such a big target on my back! Haha…)

Mark: Nowhere near as close as the score suggests! Clinically dissected, taken apart and put through the mill by Quentin. 4 people can win this league. Quentin is my favourite.
