Peter: Middle of the match Thomas hit a blinder of a one handed back hand passing shot and to be honest deserves 5 points just for that moment 😅. Good game, see you again soon

Thomas: A really fun game where Peter made me play my best tennis to win points and even then balls kept on coming back, which lead to me over- comitting to some shots. The correct result in the end as Peter was a bit more comfortable on serve in the deciding set but at least i made him work for it!

Peter: A great game doing our best with damp balls. Close until Dal started to storm away in the third set and i was absolutely saved by the bell / floodlights going off. TBC - feels like i have an appointment with the executioner Well played Dal.

Sam: Absolutely cracking game. Tom has a frightening first serve, great range of shots, and is really consistent. Enjoyed every point of this really close contest! I can't quite figure out what the difference between us was in the end.

Tom: Great game with Sam! Sam makes very few unforced errors and has some lovely ground strokes and a very effective lob. The first set was neck and neck but Sam took the initiative in the 2nd to get a decisive 4-0 lead. Well played Sam!

Callum: Brilliant match with Peter on a cloudy Sunday afternoon - some lengthy rallies saw us playing for well over 2 hours. Thanks Peter.

Peter: Wow that was a fight. Callum is a brilliant player who you can't give an inch to. Every point was an absolute wrestle, both returning shots we had no right to return. Obviously its nice to win but when the tennis is that quality its just a pleasure to be a part of it. Well played Callum
